Trainings for continuous professional deveplopment/CPD/
The Chamber of Professional Valuers develops an annual Training Program for continuing professional development, open to all interested parties. The program enables assessors to fulfill their commitment of 20 hours of continuing professional education within each calendar year.
The Chamber of Professional Valuers conducts a systematic policy to increase the professional qualification of appraisers in Bulgaria through various seminars, conferences, discussion clubs and others. Our qualification events are open to all who wish, both from the evaluator class and for the consumers and users of our evaluations - banks and other financial institutions, state control bodies and others. The training programs cover topics for all sectors of the real estate market, property valuations, plant and equipment, commercial enterprises, valuation methods, international and RICS standards and much more, as well as specific case studies from local and international practice.
In January 2019, the REV Club was established within the CPV, which holds regular meetings and discussions on current topics in the field of evaluation. Moderators in the discussions are leading specialists from various fields: real estate, law, appraisers with REV status, implementing their CPD program.
800 participants went through the training events of CPV in the period 2017 - 2024, and prominent international and Bulgarian specialists were invited as lecturers.
In order to obtain accessible and up-to-date information on economic trends in the country and abroad, CPV publishes a weekly information bulletin.
