On May 30, an International Valuation Conference organized by KPO was held on the topic "Current requirements of the European legislation for collateral valuations. New versions of EVS and IVS".
Special guest speakers at the event were Chris Grzeshik - Chairman of TEGOVA - the European Organization of Appraisal Associations and Nikolay Vasilev - Chairman of the Bulgarian CFA Association, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The main topics that were discussed by the professional community were new regulatory requirements, digitization in valuation and new requirements from an ESG perspective
