CPV attended the regular General Assembly of TEGoVA in Athens

On October 20-22 in Athens, with the local host, the Association of Greek Appraisers AVAG, the Autumn Assembly of TEGoVA - the Organization of Appraisal Associations in Europe was held.

The main event that accompanied the international meeting was the official announcement of the European standards for evaluating machines and equipment - EVS PME 2022. They are the result of the joint voluntary work of the best professionals in the field from several European countries. The standards are now available in electronic form for free use by all appraisers of machinery and equipment - here.

The other important topics that were highlighted in the presentations of speakers during the international appraisal conference were again about the impact of the "Green Deal" on the appraisal process and the change in the requirements for the preparation of appraisals for banking needs. Particular attention was focused on the requirements for energy certification of buildings in the coming years - the levels according to EPC /Energy Performance Certificate/, which each type of building must reach during the various stages of its development.
