CPV participate in General Assembky of TEGoVA in Brussels

The TEGoVA General Assembly was held in Brussels on 22 and 23 October with participants from 23 countries. This is the first meeting of the members of the Organization of Appraisers' Associations after a 2-year break as a result of the Kovid crisis. Traditionally, the first day was dedicated to the International Appraisal Conference with over 80 experts in the field of appraisal from Europe and America. The hot topics that were raised were also among the current topics of business in Europe - the change in legislation due to climate change, ESG, automation of work processes.
October 23 was the General Assembly of all TEGoVA members, which had the main goal of electing a new composition of the governing bodies. To a greater extent, the election took place with the retention of the current representatives, including President Krzysztof Grzeszyk. A new member was also associated with the organization - the Lithuanian Organization of Appraisers / LVR /.
The meeting ended with the presentation of the program for the next TEGoVA meeting in Portugal in May 2022.
