Seminar Right of Use
On October 15, the Chamber of Professional Valuers organized a seminar on "Right of Use - Legal Framework and Aspects of Appraisal". Lecturers were attorney Atanas Petrov - corporate lawyer and member of the Sofia Association with a doctorate in the field of commercial company law and in particular in the field of non-monetary contributions to capital companies, as a means of raising company capital and Eng. Rumen Mihailov - professional appraiser and Chairman of the European Commission for Construction, architecture of NAVET at the Council of Ministers, member of the Advisory Board of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works in connection with the Spatial Development Act, CPRA and ZVK and the problems of investment design and development planning.
