Statement of CPV

The Chamber of Professional Valuers is following with concern the situation regarding the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

Our members are professional appraisers and their work is directly affected by all the restrictions imposed by the state of emergency. In this situation, we are clearly aware of our responsibility to preserve the health of appraisers, clients and all other participants in the process of preparing expert assessments. In this situation, we will not stop our activities, but we will inevitably be forced to apply more innovation and caution, especially when it comes to conducting inspections and direct contacts with various participants in the evaluation process.

Although our business has not been critically affected so far, we continue to monitor the situation in the country and around the world and recommend to our members to implement a preventive response plan that is in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Business continuity measures must be designed to enable us to maintain our services, as well as to assure our members' customers that they remain trusted partners.

The safety of our employees, the employees of our members and their families is our top priority. We maintain close contacts with our members, suppliers, regulators and competent authorities and assess the situation on a daily basis.
