CPV Participates in the Traditional TEGoVA Autumn Meeting in Thessaloniki

On October 3–4, representatives of the Chamber of Professional Valuers (CPV) took part in the traditional TEGoVA Autumn Meeting (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations), held this year in Thessaloniki, Greece, together with the accompanying Valuation Conference.

The event brought together over 200 participants from nearly 30 countries, including representatives of leading European valuation organizations, professional associations, and sector experts. The main topics discussed focused on the growing importance of ESG factors in the valuation process, as well as the application of the property value concept and its role in promoting sustainable development in the real estate market.

CPO’s participation in the meeting provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experience and best practices with the international professional community and to discuss current trends and future directions in the development of the valuation profession across Europe.
