Autumn Assembly of TEGoVA

TEGOVA's traditional Autumn Meeting and General Assembly this year took place in Brussels, Belgium. The Chamber of Professional Appraisers was represented by Tsenka Bozhilova /Chairman of the Management Board/ and Vesela Semova /Executive Secretary/. They had the opportunity to discuss with fellow industry leaders some of the most important topics shaping the future of the appraisal business.
Main highlights during the event were: Automated Valuation Models (AVM) - Exploring the future of real-time property valuations with cutting-edge technology. AI in Assessments – Using AI to achieve accuracy and efficiency while maintaining professional standards. New Regulations – Addressing the evolving regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and adaptability across the sector. Co-ownership of properties - a growing trend and its implications for valuation processes.
The most important event during the meeting was the announcement of the new version of the European Evaluation Standards 2025 and the election of a new management board of TEGoVA.
